Our home cleaning company is now six years old and growing. I started A Polished Home because it made me sad to see so many time-starved professionals.
Too many people are struggling to keep up with the pace of work, family, life and home. My goal was to take some pressure off of families by taking home cleaning off their plates, and it seems to be working.

Bi-Weekly Home Cleaning
When you have time to do some housework between cleanings, Bi-Weekly Cleanings are a great solution. Especially if you have areas of your home that are seldom used, we can do the heavy lifting every other week and you can touch up the areas of your home that you use daily in between our visits.
Weekly Home Cleaning
Take the frustration out of caring for your home, and buy yourself some time. Busy families don't have time for cleaning all of the things that need weekly cleaning in their homes. For most, Weekly Cleanings are frequent enough to keep allergens from building up and to maintain your home and preserve its worth and beauty. Let us work on your house so that you can do what matters most to your family.
Our regular home cleaning appointments include:
Twice Per Week Cleanings, Weekly House Cleaning & Bi-Weekly House Cleaning are designed to maintain your home's cleanliness and polish at the frequency that will make you happy.
When you join A Polished Home we'll start you out with an Initial Deep Clean. We will repeat housekeeping tasks from our Initial & Deep Clean List as we see they're needed along with weekly (or bi-weekly) tasks.
Bedrooms, Home Offices and Other Living areas, including
Foyers, Mudrooms, Laundry Rooms, Hallways and Stairs
-Shelves, Dressers, Desks, Tables and Knickknacks dry dusted
-Wall hangings dry dusted
-Trash cans emptied
-Stairs swept and/or Vacuumed
-Carpets and rugs vacuumed,
-Solid floors swept and steam mopped (dust mopped if unsealed wood)
Kitchen- same as above plus:
-Sinks, Faucets and Counter-tops sanitized
-Stove tops and appliances fronts sanitized
-Small Appliances, Canisters and Knickknacks dusted
Bathrooms – same as above plus:
-Toilets, Tub and Shower sanitized
Deep Cleanings and Initial Cleanings also include
-Reachable Baseboards, window casings and light fixtures dry dusted
-Cabinet fronts dry dusted
-Doors dry dusted
